Preserve Public Welfare

  • (1) The company abides by the Taiwan labor laws and regulations, protects the rights and interests of employees, and has established a complete code of conduct for employees.

  • (2) The company should prepare a corporate social responsibility report, but curretnly no dedicated unit and project funds.

  • (3) The Welfare Committee of the Company handles employee cares and welfares, and each unit appoints members to regularly execution of various employee interests.

  • The company conducts regular physical examinations and health examinations for employees in accordance with occupational safety laws and regulations to ensure the safety of employees.

  • (5) The company establishes a system for regular communication among employees through regular and irregular meetings and information announcements, with a view to providing notification of operation change that may have a significant impact on employees.

  • (6) The company has formulated internal and external education and training events to actively develop plans for employees' abilities.

  • (7) The company maintains good communication channels with customers, and provides effective customer complaint procedures based on the concept of professional services.

  • (8) The company has been selected as an excellent manufacturer of major customers, and is required to follow the labor laws and regulations of the national and local governments.
    The company is responsible for the occupational health and safety of its employees, and must undertake corresponding social responsibilities.
