For the purpose of prevention of spread of Novel Coronavirus 2019-nCoV and to provide a safer work environment for both parties’ employees. Browave has implemented the following precautionary procedures: 
- Suspend business travel oversea as well as employees transit from/to China, Hong Kong and Macau until     
  further notice.
- Halt all in-person meetings with suppliers and customers for the time being. Any urgent discussion 
  should be done over phone or video conference.
- No visitors who have traveled oversea the last 14-21 days will be allowed 
  into any of our sites.
- Our facilities in China will strictly follow local government regulation, including
   1. Monitoring all employees’ travel history for the past 14-21 days
   2.		 Screening temperature daily for all staff
   3.		 Using surgical masks and hand sanitizer while working on site
   4.		 Any workers that feel ill or have symptoms such as fever or cough will be asked to seek medical  
        attention immediately, and not return to facilities until recovered.

Please contact your Browave point of contact if you anticipate that this policy will create impacts to previously planned work. We would love to discuss alternate arrangements to minimize any impacts.
