At
Browave, the most important quality system improvement
program is the Customer -Oriented Quality Improvement
program. It contains three sub-procedures, from source
management, process quality to customer feedback (see
Fig. 2).
In
terms of source management, it is a procedure for translating
customer specifications and requirements into Browave's
internal action items. Our motto is ''Do the right thing
right, the first time''. And then, in the process quality,
we implement an order-based quality follow up system
to assure each customer order is well-controlled in
the manufacturing process. One quality engineer will
be assigned to monitor all of the quality status and
highlight all process status to every corresponding
member such as the PT engineer, PL supervisor, product
engineer and account manager. Finally, all of the processes
will be halted while customer feedback is referenced.
If any customer complaints are received, the corrective
and preventive action will be taken,and feedback will
be directed to management for implementation of improvement
measures.
